Gourmet Station Event Menu

Minimum of 30 guests please

(for over 80 guests a minimum of 2 gourmet stations is required)

This menu is designed for events where the guests are standing and visiting, plates are given at each station with the idea that portions are "2 bite" size. The gourmet and pasta stations are served with a fork. Guests may visit each station as many times as they like.

Pasta Station

with oriccheitte noodles. Choice of fresh tomato, garlic and basil sauce with chicken breast or fresh herb, garlic, white wine and cream sauce with fresh seafood. Fresh herbs, parmesan and virgin ol oil garnish. Guests make these choices to order at the station
