Big, well structured red wine. As of 2011 it is ready to drink, but can be cellared for more years to come.
Christmas cake in a bottle, full-bodied and studded with plum, berries and spice. Dusty tannins give this fruit-forward, 15-per-cent-alcohol red a satisfyingly dry finish. I get a savage-like baco noir note here, but it’s a noble savage. -Beppi Crosariol, Globe & Mail
