Cipes Brut is a beautiful Riesling and Chardonnay based traditional method sparkling wine with aromas of apple, lime, pear, almonds and grapefruit. On the palate Cipes Brut exhibits crisp acidity, a soft, creamy mousse, and a long finish.

Straw coloured with medium intensity. The nose shows aromas of apple, lemon and vanilla. The wine is wel balanced with good mousse. Pleasing flavours of apple pear and citrus. Grapefruit and almonds on the lingering finish.

Superb value for a local bubbly that's nicely dry but has a lovely fruity nose with those Riesling grapes. Bought a bottle in Kelowna this summer, wish I bought a case! Will be scouting for you in Vancouver! Looking forward to it going 100% organic one day! Thanks Summerhill!
