Platinum Series Pinot Gris

Multi-layered nose with floral and fruity aromas of melon, pineapple, pear, and soft spice. Ripe, creamy flavours of apple and soft lemongrass leads to a long waltnut-like finish. This Pinot Gris was aged sur lie for six months to increase mouth feel with a portion aged in French Barriques. Only 600 cases produced.
