Red icewine made from the Austrian varietal Zweigelt, produced exclusively by Summerhill Pyramid Winery, this unique style of icewine exhibits fascinating contrasts between the sweet and savoury notes that Zweigelt produces. On the nose dried cranberry, cherry and strawberry fruit are rounded out with hints of white pepper, and earthy, gamey notes. On the palate, a rich syrupy mouthful with flavours of cran and strawberry, balanced out with a long luxurious finish, pronounced masala and cinnamon flavor.
