Produced from grapes grown in the famous Inkameep Vineyard in Oliver, BC. Soft, integrated tannins and complex secondary varietal aromas & flavours including tobacco, mint and plum have developed with careful aging. Magnum sized bottles age very well, and after 9 years, this wine is now ready to drink! Can also be cellared carefully for further developments. Each bottle personally signed by our proprietor, Stephen Cipes.
