Black is the new red. Dark colour, and intense rich flavours of dark plums, ripe beets, berries, cocoa, coffee, and spice. Single Vineyard Grown by master organic viticulturist Hans Buchler near Okanagan Falls. Macerated over 21 days, and then aged in French oak for 18 months.
