Tyson Berglund

Born and raised in Flin Flon, Manitoba, Tyson found his way into the world of wine through the restaurant scene in Calgary, where he completed his WSET Level 3 certification. His passion for winemaking brought him to Kelowna, where he joined Summerhill and learned the craft under the guidance of longtime winemaker Michael Alexander. Along the way, he also earned a Certificate in Enology from Washington State University.

Now at the helm of Summerhill’s winemaking, Tyson focuses on creating organic and biodynamic wines that truly capture the spirit of the Okanagan.
