This elegant, medium bodied wine has notes of red plum, capsicum, and sage. The hot 2017 vintage and long hang time on the vine created a wine with velvety, smooth tannins and mouthfeel. Finishes long and fresh with notes of bright red fruit lingering. Will develop beautifully over the next 5 years.
89% Organic Cabernet Franc, 11% Organic Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from southern Okanagan vineyards. Naturally fermented in oak foudre, then aged 30 months in neutral oak barrique.
