Tasting Notes
This full-bodied red is classic Okanagan Foch. Enjoy rich, ripe aromas of black cherry, dark chocolate and vanilla followed by velvety flavours of cherry cola, cedar, and tobacco. Soft, supple, and oh-so-smooth!
Vineyard Notes
Grapes sourced from Marechal Foch vines lovingly cultivated in soils comprised of silt, glacial rock and gravel at the Buchler family’s organic Park Hill Vineyard in Oliver, BC. 2018 was a moderately cool vintage in the Okanagan Valley, yielding red wines of intensity and balance.
Winemaker Notes
The wine was fermented in a combination of insulated bins, oak foudre, and stainless steel. It mellowed and harmonized for 22 months in neutral French and American oak barrels.

Best enjoyed with roasted, grilled and smoked meats, hearty stews, or chocolate and fruit.

Recently had the opportunity to introduce the 2018 Marechal Foch to friends at a dinner party. This lovely red wine was embraced by all that had a taste! 🍷🍷

Nicely balanced yet beautifully full bold flavours. Very nice on the nose as well. Delicious with food or on it's own.
