Vines planted in 2013 by Ari Cipes. Grown at BC’s only certified biodynamic vineyard.
Based on Biodynamic principles, this wine partially fermented on the skins with ambient farm yeasts, truly reflecting the vintage and terroir of the Demeter certified Summerhill Vineyard in 2018.

A crisp palate cleanser for richly flavored foods. Delicious with miso glazed sablefish or mushroom cheung fun.

A most tasty and refreshing wine! I was unfamiliar with this variety, and now I will watch for it every year, as I am smitten. I was gifted a bottle, and I just ordered several to be delivered. Love it!
