Grüner Veltliner, produced exclusively from grapes grown at BC's only biodynamically certified vineyard. The vines were planted in 2013 at the Summerhill Estate by Ari Cipes. Grüner Veltliner is incredibly rare within BC, and on a global scale is primarily grown in Austria, making this an extra-special treat.
Fermented on the skins with ambient farm yeasts over 15 days. Produced biodynamically with Demeter certified fruit.
Textured mouthfeel with notes of starfruit, celeriac and cracked peppercorn. Rich, complex and refreashing.
