This rare, celebrated grape variety thrives in the Okanagan! The 2019 vintage is a blend of three vineyards. Grapes from the hot, southern Okanagan region of Osoyoos at Inkameep Vineyards provide richness, depth, and tropical undertones, while grapes from Summerhill Vineyard and Cathpair Vineyard in the northern Okanagan region of Kelowna add vibrant freshness and the dominant stone fruit notes.
A cold stabilized, stopped fermentation leaves unfermented grape sugar to balance the natural acidity and carry the fruit’s fresh character through the length of the palate.
