Hand harvested from the Sehkon Family Vineyard in Osoyoos, BC. 2019 was a mild growing season in the Okanagan Valley, yielding red wines of balance and freshness. 95% Organic Syrah and 5% Organic Cabernet Sauvignon were fermented in 10,000L oak foudres, then racked into neutral oak barrels where they rested for 12 months before blending and bottling.
This medium-bodied Syrah gives invigorating aromas of red raspberry and boysenberry with a hint of leather. On the palate, enjoy refreshing notes of bright red cherry, garden-fresh raspberry and a touch of spice. Perfect for your charcuterie boards or summer BBQ!
