Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Delight in rich notes of blackberry, cassis, and milk chocolate. Round on the palate with smooth tannins and a refreshing pop of fresh cherry, cranberry, and green tobacco leaf.
Vineyard Notes
Grown and produced organically in Southern Okanagan vineyards. A slightly cooler 2019 vintage allowed grapes to ripen gradually, resulting in amazing flavour intensity and ripe tannins.
Winemaker Notes
Each portion fermented separately in 10,000L foudres and was raised in neutral French and American oak barrels for 13 months before blending and bottling.
