Tasting Notes
Juicy, vibrant and oh-so-refreshing! This masterpiece blend gives aromas of lime peel, pink lady apple and yellow melon. Light on the palate and barely off dry with flavours of ripe grapefruit, bergamot and orange. Finishes in fine style with length and freshness.
Vineyard Notes
A combination of Riesling, Ehrenfelser, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Muscat grapes were selected from pristine, certified organic vineyards throughout the Okanagan Valley. 2021 was a warmer growing season in the Okanagan Valley, producing superbly flavoured wines with intense fruit.
Winemaker Notes
Each variety was hand harvested, destemmed, and pressed into separate stainless-steel tanks before undergoing fermentation. Final blending and filtering occurred before bottling.

I love all Summer Hill wines but this one if my favourite hot summer day wine. It is so delicious and I feel so good afterwards also. A truly beautiful elixir. I am lucky to find this locally here in Stony Plain, Alberta.
