Vineyard Notes
2021 was a warmer growing season in the Okanagan Valley. A majority of certified organic Gewürztraminer grapes were harvested from the Buchler family’s Park Hill Vineyard (Oliver, BC) with a small percentage harvested from Cathpair Vineyard (Kelowna, BC).
Winemaker Notes
The fruit was destemmed, pressed, and settled in stainless steel before fermenting. The wine was cold stabilized and filtered before bottling.

We visited Summerhill last October, and I am now savouring my last bottle of organic gewurztraminer 2020. Do I order a case of 2021 - will it be as fabulous? I am going to assume it will be!
