"2008 Blanc de Noir, an organic Pinot Noir wine that channels the creamy and dry elegance of a Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label at half the price. Now that's something to pop a cork for." – Neal McLennan, Western Living
For a sparkling wine aged a long time on the lees such as this, the date of disgorgement is almost as important to know as the vintage, as many changes take place over the course of time post disgorgement. The date of disgorgement is stamped on the back label of each bottle.
Food Pairing Notes
