Tasting Notes
A soft and fruity blend that has benefitted from bottle aging. Tannins and oak are beautifully integrated, and the wine is showing savoury complexity with smooth, harmonious notes of black cherry, cola, cocoa and cedar. Smooth and harmonious! Decanting recommended.
Vineyard Notes
Made from organically grown grapes lovingly cultivated at Sekhon Family Vineyard in Osoyoos, BC and Knollvine Farm in Okanagan Falls, BC. 2009 was a warmer vintage, yielding red wines of power and concentration.
Winemaker Notes
The wine aged for 28 months in a combination of new and neutral French and American oak barrels before blending and bottling.
