If you are looking for a wine made with a sense of sacredness, this is the wine for you! Made by the hands of Rabbis and Yeshiva students, this is a very naturally made, authentic wine.
The grapes are organic Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot from the south Okanagan. After fermentation in 1000L oak tanks, the wine was aged in new oak barrels and stainless steel barrels.
The tannins are very soft and silky. There is a definite note of oak amid the bright, fresh red fruit notes and deep, rich flavours.
Please note that the corks are a little smooshed. This is due to the nature of the hand tools used in the production process. They don't look perfect, but they work!
This size of bottle is excellent for extended cellaring, or for large gatherings.
