85% Syrah, 10% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon create a Syrah with black berry, raspberry, black cherry, white pepper, and well integrated oak. It is medium bodied, has a bright acidity, firm but round tannins.
Aging: 24 months in neutral barrel
Ideal Pairing with a variety of cuisines ranging from BBQ, Mediterranean Lamb and Spicy schezuan. Also Steaks, burgers, braised chicken and grilled vegetables.
