90% Organic Sangiovese from Spadefoot Toad Vineyard in Oliver, BC. 10% Organic Merlot from Sekhon, Man and Kozier Vineyards (Osoyoos, Cawston and Penticton respectively). Aged in neutral barrels for 26 months. Only 88 cases produced.
Medium bodied with bright red fruit character supported by luxurious notes of chocolate, leather, and fine herbs. Firm tannins, refreshing acidity and a long finish round out this delicious take on a Tuscan classic.
