Tasting Notes:

This medium-to-full-bodied red wine has notes of bright red plum, blackberries, and black cherries deepened with violet, vanilla and mocha. On the palate, its tannins are supple with refreshing acidity, delicate minerality, and a long finish.

Vineyard Notes:

The very best grapes from multiple vintages were hand-selected for this Okanagan Valley variation on a Right Bank Bordeaux-style blend.

Winemaker Notes:

Select barrels of organic wines from the 2012 and 2013 vintages were allowed an extended period of barrel aging, so that the integrity of the wines could remain in place while the bold natural structure exhibited began to mellow and harmonize.

Food Pairing Notes:

Enjoy this special bottle with roasted venison, rib-eye steak, veal Bolognese or fine cheeses.
