We are thrilled to welcome Summerhill CEO Ezra Cipes in our kitchen tonight. http://www.summerhill.bc.ca/ He will introduce his wines and talk about how they can be served to compliment just about any type of cuisine. Tonight Ezra we will bet sharing the story & passion that goes into every bottle of wine they produce at Summerhill and he will pair a few of his delicious wines so you can decide what your favourite combination is:

To accompany the wines, Chef Kakoo will be preparing;
Fresh Vegetable Pakoras with chutney
Goan Prawn Curry – Traditional coconut based curry from the region of Goa
Fresh Carrot Salad with a lemon and Serrano chili dressing
Butter Chicken- Diced Chicken breast, marinated, grilled & served in a tomato based velvety sauce
Vindaloo – Sweet and Sour Spicy Curried Pork, a classic pork preparation from western India
Coconut pulao – Basic Fragrant Basmati rice cooked with vegetables, whole spices and coconut
Naan – Indian flat bread, very light and soft in texture
And a very special Indian dessert.
