A juicy, ripe blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon grown organically in Southern Okanagan vineyards. Medium bodied and deep ruby in colour with aromas of intense bruised plum, redcurrant, vanilla and spice. Round on the palate with smooth, light tannins and flavours of ripe dark plum, red cherry, and blackberry with inviting vanilla spice on the mid palate.
A slightly cooler 2018 vintage allowed grapes to ripen gradually, resulting in amazing flavour intensity and ripe tannins. All varieties were fermented separately before careful blending after 6 months of barrel aging. The Cabernet Franc and Syrah portions were both fermented in large oak tanks.
