Good ratio Price/quality. This wine has a beautiful very dark dress (robe) - very present by its high level of alcohol (15 Degrees) but also subtle and delicate in mouth (en bouche). The oak test is well present but at the same time delicate and very well balanced with the result of enhancing all the flavors as describes of chocolate, black berry. forest, black current, cherry and red fruits. This wine is "long en bouche"... sorry we are French...nobody is perfect which means that the flavor remain in the mouth and evolve for few second after drunk producing other fruity sensations We will have it with a nice roasted mutton leg and roasted vegetables, with a lot of spices and herbs. We were surprised by the qualities of this wine although we drunk it a little too cold. Sure with some degrees more it would have been even better. We were also really pleased and surprised by both the Red an White wine ALIVE. Arriving in BC and from French origin, these were very positive surprises concurring to erase any homesickness Thank you Summerhill
