Harvested from Riesling clone 21B planted in 1978.
Based on Biodynamic principles, this wine was naturally fermented with the ambient farm yeasts, truly reflecting the vintage and terroir of the Demeter certified Summerhill Vineyard in 2017.

Anything with a spicy kick, or some soft cheeses. Delicious with friends and a charcuterie board.
"This maturing, binned apple-scented, waxy and honeyed, lime cordial, and lemon zest-inflected riesling is evolved, but engaging, bright, off-dry, with uncommon length and depth, product in part no doubt of the 40 year old vines from which this was made. Wild yeast fermentation builds additional complexity, while sugars and acids play out beautifully on the palate. Excellent length, too. Drinking really nicely now, though no rush either. 92pts." – John Szabo, MS

This is quite possibly the best wine I’ve tasted. I get to sample a lot from around the country and this sweet fruity wine is among the best. If not the best. Try it. You won’t be disappointed
