Fresh and stylish with dominant notes of red plum, raspberry, licorice and sage with a hint of strawberry. Great for sipping on its own or paired with anything from the grill. Try with heavier fish dishes, hard cheeses, wild mushrooms and olives.
Organic grapes were hand harvested from Esther Vineyard (Kaleden, BC) and Sehkon Family Vineyard (Osoyoos, BC). 2019 was a mild growing season in the Okanagan Valley, yielding red wines of balance and freshness. Grapes from each vineyard were fermented separately in 10,000L oak foudres. The wine was then racked into neutral oak barrels where it rested for 13 months before blending and bottling.
