2022 Estate Grown Biodynamic Riesling
Our estate-grown Riesling delivers exceptional purity of fruit year after year. The 2022 vintage is just off-dry with vibrant notes of fresh pear, apple, ginger and sweet citrus blossom. Zippy acidity and stony minerality balance the natural sweetness, leading to a long, clean finish. Perfectly matched with a classic honey roasted ham.
2020 Organic Cabernet Franc
100% Cabernet Franc from our Esther Vineyard fermented in oak foudres and aged for 18 months in new and neutral oak barrels. Velvety, smooth, fresh and characterful with notes of blackberry, raspberry and just a hint of minerality. Mouthfeel is pillowy and soft, while bright acidity and firm tannins lead to a fresh finish. It will pair great with holiday herbs like sage, rosemary, and thyme.
2023 Heritage Series Organic Marechal Foch
A rich, deep red wine with a cult following, from the Buchler family’s organic Park Hill Vineyard in Oliver, BC. The wine has a ripe, fruity nose leading into black cherry, chocolate, tobacco, and a hint of leather on the palate. A natural sweetness makes it super smooth and a crowd favourite. Perfect for your next party or next to a cozy fireplace.
2021 Organic Syrah
100% Syrah from the Sekhon family’s organic vineyard in Osoyoos, BC. Rich, tannic with some subtle smoky flavours, but velvety o nhte palate. Perfect for that holiday prime rib or roast.
Chalice NV
As a gift to you this holiday season we’ve included a bottle of the “Best Dessert Wine; Other Sweets” double gold winner at the All Canadian Wine Championship! This delicious wine is a blend of late harvest Merlot, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged in barrels outdoors over the course of 6 years. The wine concentrated and oxidized to create a strong, sweet, tawny tipple with nutty flavors, not unlike certain wines of Port and Madeira. This is a holiday classic served at room temperature, paired with desserts like Pecan Pie or a cheese platter.
