Cipes Ariel 2000
Our striking Premier Cuvée. Ample, complex and mature.

"This is a really, really good wine. 95 points."

Judgement of Paris 1976
Made from organic Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grapes grown on our estate at Summerhill Vineyard in Kelowna, BC. The grapes were picked with a long sur lie bottle aging period envisioned. Situated in the North Okanagan with WNW facing slopes on ancient, limestone-rich lake bottom silt soil, this vineyard is especially suited to growing grapes for traditional method sparkling wine, and this special bottling is a testament to the outstanding and unique growing conditions of the site.
Crafted with care in the traditional method, this rested on the lees for 17.5 years before disgorgement in small batches began in September, 2019.
Fresh and vibrant primary fruit shines among the rich, mature, aged character of Cipes Ariel. On the palate, relish in complex flavours of lemon custard, warm brioche, candied orange, lemon zest, ripe apple, dried apricot, walnut and ginger. This complexity, creaminess and opulent mouthfeel can only come from extended sur lie bottle aging.
