57% Malbec, 43% Syrah. 100% Organic!
On the nose, expect exuberant watermelon, cherry, raspberry, strawberry. Surprisingly dry on the palate with a light to medium bodied, soft, mellow acidity, and notes of tart cherry, watermelon, ruby red grapefruit, and strawberry. Finishes clean with a medium length. Perfectly refreshing for any occassion.

Tasting Notes
Dark in colour with an exuberant nose bursting with notes of watermelon, cherry, raspberry and strawberry. Dry on the palate with flavours of tart cherry, watermelon, and refreshing ruby red grapefruit. Finishes clean with a savoury freshness that adds texture and complexity.
Vineyard Notes
2021 was a hot growing season in the Okanagan Valley. Exquisite Syrah and Malbec grapes from Sekhon Family Vineyard (Osoyoos, BC) and Spadefoot Toad Vineyard (Oliver, BC).
Winemaker Notes
Juice macerated separately on the skins, with a portion of Syrah saignéed from both Sekhon and Spadefoot Toad lots. The wine fermented in a combination of stainless steel and insulated bins.
Food Pairing Notes
This substantive, fruity rosé is perfect with pulled pork tacos, salmon burgers, or a spicy tuna poké bowl.
